Paper cuts are evil.
For those of you who don't know, I work in an office. I absolutely love my job. That being said, I have the sort of job that forces me to be constantly collating my own paper (new MRP program doesn't do it by itself... I don't get it... we can send people to the moon- yes, they really went -but we can't collate paper?). Anywho, I digress. So. I spend lots of time flipping rapidly through page-upon-page and ocassionally I get the odd paper cut. Today I got not 1 - not 2 - but SEVEN paper cuts! Seven! In one day! And one of them is from a file folder. If I put band-aids on all of them I would stick to my desk. I tried not to bleed on anything. Seven! I can't believe it.

Oooh, and they hurt! I know, I've been there. I stay away from paper now as much as possible, hence the computerblogging ;-)
But I stopped by to thank you for joining the mad people that are my 'followers'. Are you sure? Wasn't it a typing mistake due to all the band-aids? I'm always amazed that people like my blog so much that they actually want to read more things I might post. Anyway.....THANK YOU, you lovely person. And be careful with that paper!
LOL. Thanks Carolina. I think your blog is hilarious. I look forward to seeing what happens next.
I read once that paper cuts hurt for two reasons: (1) Because of all the nerve endings on your fingertips, and (2) because you are constantly using your fingers. If you are at all super-sensitive to paper cuts, do not rent "Swimming with Sharks."

I tried to rent that Jerry, but there were so many bandaids on my fingers, I couldn't work the DVD player. Probably a good thing. I hear salt water makes cuts sting.
